hi , im 29 years old married and have a baby , before around 10 days of my period time some time I start having pain in my rite side ,I did my sonar and the result was : left ovary slightly increased in size show heterogeneous cystic lesion measuring 25x 19mm with turbid content no colour follow on dopper map minimal free fluid douglas . thank you for answering

Regarding your symptom of pain at the right side of your abdomen which ultrasound showed a cyst in the left ovary I am suggesting that you have developed a left ovarian cyst with referred pain to the right
In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and possible surgical removal of the cyst
